Less is More 10th Birthday

10 years.. TEN, who can believe it!!

My lovely Chrissie and I had such fun getting our heads together to create Less is More Never did we think what a success it would be or to last this long - No thanks to me I might add

The girls run it to perfection...love and thanks xx

I no longer make cards, apart from odd Christmas once and all my supplies are packed away so I had to result in just using my computer and a couple of finishing touches!

The theme this week is chocolate. I realise Ive made a boo boo and taken it as a theme rather than colour. Hopefully I will be let off! lol

Chocolate

A mix of computer generated fonts

Valentine is glittered with gold, chocolate is a fabulous font called Gooey Drippy Sticky

'Drip cakes are all the rage over here right now, so they inspired me to investigate a matching font. I simply coloured with a brown pro marker and then added crystal accents to give a 'tempered' look

It's good to be back, albeit probably not for too long as hopefully weddings will soon be back on again (or at least in a few months)

I will try not to be a stranger, thanks for stopping by

Stay safe

  1. It's brilliant to have you back Mandi; we've missed your inspiration! Well, if you hadn't said anything I wouldn't have known you missed the colour theme because I thought all your fonts were in a brown colour. Your sentiment is perfect for the challenge and the fonts you picked are brilliant. Thanks for being our guest designer, and thanks for starting the LIM challenge off in the first place. It really is because of you and Chrissie that it has been such a huge success.
    Big hugs,
    Sharon xx
P.S. I LOVE the name of your blog!

I love this card... inimitably Mandi and just gorje! Could just fancy a coffee and something chocolatey!
We must get together again at some time when this wretched virus is defeated!

    1. Ah, Chrissie that has given me a tear in my eye. Time is so precious but something I have taken for granted because of my business. Lockdown has taught me a few lessons that I intend to keep
      Love you more

  6. Mandi it's so lovely to see you back to celebrate the 10th anniversary of your brilliant idea! I see you're as resourceful as ever - just knocking up a quick piece of gorgeousness on the computer! Love the word 'chocolate' dripping with tempered chocolate, the glittery word 'valentine' and the heart. I hope it won't be long before you'll be as busy as a bee with your wedding business again! Hugs, Vicky x

  7. Thanks so much for coming back to join us as a GD, Mandi. I didn't begin blogging until 2013 so missed your time at LIM but thanks so much to you and Chrissie for creating such a fabulous place for crafters to share their CAS creations and I love being on the team. Well done for creating such a brilliant card with minimal supplies, I'm in love with that drippy font, it's perfect for this! Hugs, Anita x
